TEMPy Documentation
TEMPy is a python library for model building and validation into 3D cryo electron microscopy (cryo EM) data. Many of TEMPy’s functionalities focus on model building into lower resolution density maps and integrating data from other experiments, e.g. cross linking mass spectrometry.
